Extract Atlases
Intended for the enthusiast and general traveller alike, the Extract Atlases are a series of fourteen 'out-takes' from the full European Railway Atlas. They are intended as an inexpensive option for those who do not need coverage of the whole of Europe.
All passenger, freight and proposed lines are shown, as are most heritage railways (metros are
excluded). Main lines are distinguished from secondary and single track from multiple. Electrification systems and track gauges are shown. Hundreds of selected stations are shown and there is a full gazetteer of stations and heritage railways.
They are available both as A4 sized books and as Adobe Acrobat pdf files. The latter enable you to print off disposable maps for specific trips.
All books are posted by 1st class mail or air mail, normally within 24 hours. Adobe Acrobat files will
be sent as email attachments within 24 hours.
